Sapulpa Equine Hospital welcomes referrals from referring veterinarians or clients directly.  Please contact the office to set-up and appointment with one of our doctors.  If you need to visit with one of the veterinarians prior to your arrival to discuss the case, they would be more than happy to do so.

There is always a veterinarian on call and your emergency call will be returned at the veterinarian’s earliest convenience.  IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that the on-call-doctor is contacted BEFORE SHIPPING THE HORSE.  This allows the veterinarians to discuss the estimate of charges and required deposit. Unprepared clients with uninformed expectations are often upset with their referring veterinarians as well as sometimes having made an unnecessary trip.

For referring veterinarians you may fill out the referral form to send with your client.  Our policy at Sapulpa Equine Hospital is to work closely with referring veterinarians and allow follow-up management/treatment through you and your hospital.
